...Lose Weight Now...

It has been brought to my attention that a lot of people are struggling to lose weight. It seems as if no matter what they do they just can't do it. This is because people don't look at the nutritional value of the foods they eat. No matter how little you eat or how much, if everything you eat doesn't provide the right energy it takes to take the pounds off you just will not lose weight. You need a nutrition diet. This means no more junk food, or processed foods. Just give this a try, and then come back after a couple of months and let me know how well it worked for you.

1. Meat - broil or bake it don't fry it.
2. Veggies - frozen or fresh do Not boil them, only steam them, and without butter.
3. Eat fresh fruits and veggies for snacks. Raw ones not out of a can.
4. Drink teas and fruit juices. Green teas are your best. Fruta Vida juice also not only gives you green tea, but also fruit juice.
5. Drink at least 4 8oz. glasses of water a day, so your body doesn't think it's trying to die from thirst, and start retaining fluid.

...Thyroid Disease...

Did you know that thyroid disease is more likely to occur in women than in men, and in most cases can be treated safely and very simple. Your thyroid gland is found in your neck in front of the windpipe. With it's two sides it looks a lot like a butterfly. At least what I'm looking at it does. The thyroid gland produces a few hormones that control the rate at which your body works ie; metabolism. So if there's not enough thyroid hormone in your bloodstream, your bodies metabolism slows down. If your thyroid over produces hormones into your bloodstream your metabolism speeds up. If you have a slow metabolism, it might be a good idea to have your Doctor check for you with a simple blood test. The symptoms are slow to develop. Common symptoms are:

* Fatigue and weakness.
* Weight gain.
* Decreased appetite.
* Change in menstrual periods.
* Loss of sex drive.
* Feeling cold when others don't.
* Constipation.
* Muscle aches.
* Puffiness around the eyes.
* Brittle nails.

...How About Another Blog?...

Hello my visitors. I am thinking of starting another blog. Only this new blog won't be a business or tip blog, but a blog where I will go and just blab about, " well " just about anything other than porn, or nasty content. I can leave comments open to anyone, so that my visitors can give their two bits about whatever I may be blabbing about, and I'll warn you, if I blab about what ever I'm thinking or have thought about or have heard something about can be and will be totally off the wall some times. At least thats what my Husband tells me anyway.

...Diaper Rash...

...Endometriosis...

What is that? Endometriosis in simple is the tissue that is supposed to line the inside of the uterus, and shed each month with the menstrual cycle. Actually what I just said is not endometriosis, but endometrial. Endometriosis is a painful uterine disease. This awful disease causes endometrial to grow outside the uterus on the ovaries, around the fallopian tubes, or across the ligaments that support the uterus. Where it lands, it weaves weblike scars as it anchors itself in your internal tissues. Then, like normal endometrial tissue, it swells and bleeds during menstruation, leaving a discharge that can't exit the body and that can cause inflammation and scarring.

A couple of natural things that will give you releaf are:

1. Eat more Fish. Add a natural antiprostaglandin to your diet with fish, advises Dr. Nezhat. Fish contains Omega-3 fatty acids which suppresses prostagladin production.

2. Drink Fruta Vida juice. It provides Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, and will do the same as fish if not better.

...Hives...

OOOH! Hives...
Hives are the way our skin sometimes reacts to allergies, physical irritation, stress, or emotions. Special cells start releasing histamine, which makes blood vessels leak fluid into the deepest layers of skin. The often very itchy wheals that result may disappear after a few days, but can drive you nuts. So how about some releaf right. Well you could take antihistamines like Benadryl, and etc...but they can also make you drowsy. These are best taken before bedtime. You can also cool them down with cold compresses or baths. This is the best way along with a topical treatment for the hives. Yet there is a even cooler way, rub some ice on the hives burr...Another really cool natural remedy is leaves and bark of the Red alder, brewed into a strong tea. Apply it locally to the affected area, and you can even take a couple of tablespoonfuls internally. Repeat until hives are releaved. Red alder contains the astringent tannin. Also a poultice made from the leaves of the Black night-shadow may also help. Just boil the leaves after washing them really good in cold water. Then after boiling them wet a cloth in the water, putting the leaves in the cloth, fold it once and place on the affected area.

...bluh bluh bluh...

Have you ever just felt like bluh! all day long. I know I do sometimes, and it's usually because I'm coming down with a cold. Yet I don't keep a cold for very long, only about a day or two. The reason is because a few years ago I was reading this article about over the counter cold medicines and how they affect you. I can't find the article now that I thought of it of though, but it told me that otc's usually just mask your symptoms for a few hours, and prolong your cold for days and days. So I quit taking all otc stuff and starting watching the nutritional value of the foods I ate. Being sure that I was getting enough nutrients from the foods I ate, and antioxidants from the juices I drank. To my suprise each year when cold season comes around I either don't get a cold, or if I do it only last a couple of days at most. I have sense learned that most of our health problems actually come from poor nutrition in our deits, and now my family is healthier than they have ever been. I'm hoping my children will stick to the habits of eating right, and taking care of their bodies, so they won't see all the health problems in their later years as we do today.

...Perfect Posture...

Posture is body language, a pose that tells the rest of the world how you feel ...about others, about your life, about yourself....
Perfect posture is important for a good reason though, not just for the things above. The # 1 reason is it's a perfect way to prevent backaches. You see a life time of slouching can cause chronic fatique, headaches, and sometimes body disfigurement. So please don't let it happen to you. It's not enough just drinking Fruta Vida juice, eating nutritionally, and taking vitamins. Perfect posture is just as important, and here's a little exercise that will help.
* Full extension of the spine: Stand with your knees bent slightly. Clasp your hands in front. As you breathe in, stretch your hands up, palms toward the ceiling, lifting your shoulders off your rib cage. Breath out as you bring your shoulders down, setting your shoulders sqaurely onto your body. Let your rib cage settle on the inside of your spine, shoulders relaxed, as you lower your arms slowly. Repeat at least 3 times a day.

...A Pain In The Neck...

A pain in the neck is not just a phrase used to mean something else. It sometimes means exactly what it says. A pain in the neck. Yet there is something very safe, easy, and natural to help get rid of it. It's called "Exercise". Yes, even your neck muscles need to be stretched and strengthened.

* Slowly tilt your head forward as far as possible. Then move your head backward as far as possible.
* Tilt your head toward your shoulder, while keeping your shoulder stationary. Straighten, then lean toward the other shoulder.
* Slowly turn your head from side to side as far as possible.

Just these three simple exercises keep my neck pain free. I hope they do the same for you.

...Turkey Day is Coming...

Happy Thanks-Giving!
Well it's November 1st, and I'm already getting ready...I'm looking for the biggest turkey I can find, and a hugh ham. Yes I have a large family, and the chunk of the clan will start arriving days before turkey day for sure. I have always wondered why they all seem to gravitate to my door for Thanks Giving, well I have finally been told why, and it just justifies all my rantings about eating right and getting the right nutrition for your body. My Mom, and Sisters told me today, it's because of the flavor and fresh taste to the hoard of food I prepare every year. About the only thing I set on my table that is processed each year is cranberry sauce, and thats only for those that don't like the fresh cranberries that I go through great strides to find and have each year. Even the pies are homemade from fresh fruits. This year why not give it a try yourselves...You will be suprised from the wonderful tastes that you thought you would never taste again unless you were transported back in time to your childhood. Yes enjoy Thanks Giving don't skimp eat all you can stand, just do it nutritionally.
