..."Flu" Beat The Bug...

Yuck! Your head throbs, mean biting muscle aches all over, fever setting your brow on fire, you've probably been bitten by the flu bug. What really bums, is that it will continue to bite until it's good and ready to stop.
First off if you feel like the above please Stay Home. The flu is very infectious and spreads like wild fire. Although there are some good ways to out smart the flu bug.

1. Get a flu shot if you can.
2. Avoid large crowds of people.
3. Come in from the cold - Prolonged exposure to wet cold weather lowers your resistance.
4. Drink lots of fluids.
5. Eat right with a well balanced diet.
6. Get plenty of rest.
7. Drink a good health juice daily.

...Insomnia...

Having a persistent inability to sleep can make you feel like a Vampire, or some creature of the night for sure. From what I understand about Insomnia is that most times it will cure itself. Yet if your like some people I know, it can persist for a long time. What I have found to work best coming short of hypnosis is not how long you sleep but the quality of sleep you get for the amount of time you do sleep.
The only advice I can give is to do what I myself and a few others I know do to get that deep restful slumber needed to function on a daily basis.

1. Take a warm bath with Lavender oil added to the water.
2. When you go to bed lay down and focus your mind on relaxing each part of your body from head to toe. Just tense then relax. Then when your no longer aware of your body say over and over in your mind "I am sleeping a very restful sleep tonight." Most times you fall asleep saying this. This way you think of none of your daily life problems.
Doing this simple thing helps me get around 4 to 6 hours of really deep sleep each night.
3. If the above doesn't work for you keep searching for an all natural way, or see your doctor. Maybe he/she may have a way to help just for you.

...Redness In The Eyes...

Do the white of your eyes often look like the red lines you find on road maps? Most often this problem is caused by a lack of sleep. Normally 7 to 8 hours of sleep will help rehydrate them. Yet not everyone has that option.

1. Water your eyes - Artificial tears lubricant eye drops work wonders.

2. Cool your eyes - Use a cool, wet washcloth and place it over your closed eyelids. The moisture will seep into the eyes as well cooling them down.

3. The thing that works best at helping to keep the red out is washing your eyelids at night before bed and upon waking in the morning. This keeps your eyelids free from a low - grade infection called blepharitis.

...Kideny Stones...

If you've had a Kideny Stone and are in pain again chances are you are getting another. See your Doctor.

1. Any intense pain and/or blood in your urine call your doctor.

2. If you pass a stone take it to your doctor to find out what kind of stone it is. This can help you to prevent future ones.

3. The doctor can also look at your stone with X-Ray to see how large it is. Large stones can create blockage and infection.

4. Try Magnesium and B6 - these help to curtail stone recurrences by almost 90%.

5. Drink plenty of liquids as well and try to eat healthy.
