...Redness In The Eyes...

Do the white of your eyes often look like the red lines you find on road maps? Most often this problem is caused by a lack of sleep. Normally 7 to 8 hours of sleep will help rehydrate them. Yet not everyone has that option.

1. Water your eyes - Artificial tears lubricant eye drops work wonders.

2. Cool your eyes - Use a cool, wet washcloth and place it over your closed eyelids. The moisture will seep into the eyes as well cooling them down.

3. The thing that works best at helping to keep the red out is washing your eyelids at night before bed and upon waking in the morning. This keeps your eyelids free from a low - grade infection called blepharitis.
