First off I hope everyone here in the USA had a splindid 4th of July. Remember, at least we are still free.
As we know most slips of the memory fractory are not Alzheimer's disease. When is forgetfulness so serious that you should see a Professional about it? When instead of just forgetting the days date, you forget what year it is. When you lose track of where your at. When you can't remember if it's evening or morning, and if you have forgotten your spouses name ( as opposed to just meeting someone), a doctor should truly be consulted.
When it's just a hick-up of forgetfulness try these little tips. They seem to help out quit a bit.
1. Take a picture.
2. Talk to yourself.
3. Make lists.
4.Make up a silly story when you have several items to remember.
5. To remember names, think of faces.
6. Last but most important take Fruta Vida juice to sharpen your mind and improve your memory.
