Migraine Headaches Anyone?

Migraines are part of the vascular headache family oppose to the musclar tension headache family, and most often strike women. Seventy percent of migraine sufferers are female. Migraines can be crippling. Typically, migraines bring servere pain to one side of the head, however the pain can occur on both sides. Often these headaches are accompanied by nausea and vomiting, tremors and dizziness. Some people even experience premigraine warning symptoms, such as blurred vision, sharp sparks of floating light images, and numbness in an arm or leg. Although there is no test to tell you which kind of headache you may have " tension or migraine," here are some tips to use if you are a sufferer.
1. Don't delay and take at most two Asprin or non-asprin. Even thou over use can cause more pain. It's like scratching at a rash. The more you scratch, the more it itches.
2. Exercise to prevent. Mild excise helps release stress. Don't exercise if your headache is already severe.
3. Sleep. Some people sleep the headache off.
4. Breathe deeply. Breathing is a great tension reliever.
5. Seek quite, and protect your eyes from bright lights, sun, even computer screens. They all lead to squinting, eyestrain, and finally, that headache.
6. Most important take Fruta Vida juice at least once a day.
