When you have partied hearty, had a drink ripping time, and wake the next morning thinking that the tweety birds tweeting outside your window are cawing vultures through loudspeakers, and sunlight feels like acid on your eyes-you're sure to be-regrettably, definitely avoidably, but absolutely hung over. The question is: What can you do about it? Unfortunately, not a whole lot. There is no one thing that cures a hang over but time.
But there is some things you can do to relieve the symptoms.

1. Drink fruit juice, Preferably Fruta Vida - Juices contain natural sugar, which helps the body burn alcohol faster.

2. Another natural way is to chew on Willow bark. It works like asprin in getting rid of the hang over headache.

3. Be sure to replenish your water supply, and take vitamin B complex.

4. Eat a good nutrient rich meal. Yet keep it light so it doesn't come back up.
