Did you know that the human body is being loaded with toxins everyday. You can say yea right. Yet it's true. We load our bodies with poisons and toxins from everything from vaccines, nonprescription and prescription drugs, tap water, water we shower with, swim in. Even from chemicals put in our food supply. The list just goes on and on. I also discovered that just doing the few things below have helped me become a more healthier person today.

Here are some tips to help counter act some of this noxish mix of toxins we subject ourselves to every day:

1. Drink eight full glasses of the purest water you can find a day.

2. Walk at least an hour a day. This makes your heart stay in shape.

3. Practice deep breathing. Your lungs need to be used. Deep breathing stimulates the immune system.

4. Sweat - I mean sweat until your dripping at least once a week. This is the best and most natural way to eliminate toxins from your body.
