About 30 million people in the United States have high blood pressure. That makes it the third most prevalent chronic condition in the nation, right behind sinusitis and arthritis.
These remedies below are to help those with mild hypertension (high blood pressure) attain control over their condition.

1. Watch your Weight - over weight people tend to be three times more likely to acquire high blood pressure in their life time.

2. Shake the Salt habit - yes to much of a good thing can kill you. Use salt for it's health properties only...don't go overboard.

3. Pas the Potassium please - Increased levels of this mineral may be valuable in helping control high blood pressure.
