...Heart Disease...

Are you heart healthy? The experts agree that having a good diet belongs at or near the top of their list for reducing the risk of heart disease. Like foods such as green leafy vegetables that contain vitamin E, and banana's that contain potassium. High potassium diets will help lower your high blood pressure. Which will also reduce your risk of heart disease.

Here are some tips to help you out:

1. Exercise - Regular exercise helps your heart become stronger. Just 3 ten minute periods a day of some form of activity will do the trick. Like walking up and down steps, some brisk walking, swimming, etc...

2. Stop Smoking - After 5 years of giving it up, puts your risk of heart disease on an even line as someone that has never smoked.

3. Good eating habits - from these groups will help to.
* bread, cereals and potatoes
* fruits and vegetables
* low-fat milk and dairy foods
* meat, fish and alternative - beans and lentils.

4. Drink Fruta Vida juice - if you read my blog regularly then you know what this juice can do for you. If not then read my blogs past posts, or just click the title of this post and read about it from my site.
