...10 Healthy Things...

#1. Laughter one of the healthiest things in the world, and it could be catching if a persons not to sour.

#2. Juice & Fruit every morning, day, and night. You just can not drink or eat enough.

#3. The purest water you can find. About 8 glasses a day is really good.

#4. Small family get togethers, large ones can become hazardous.

#5. A smiling, cooing baby, to help remind you what life is all about.

#6. Staying busy and keeping your mind active is sometimes concidered the fountain of youth. The opposit is dullness of memory, and depression.

#7. Don't ever read Doctor Spocks baby book. Write your own.

#8. Cry and laugh when the occasion calls for it. Keeps you human.

#9. Remember to breath deeply when getting fresh air. You'll enjoy a natural high.

#10. Smile and try to show someone different each day that you care.

lol...no I'm not. I think your talking about the infomercial, but they have a lot people speaking on that, so I wouldn't know...Thanks for the comment I needed a laugh...
