Do you feel burned-out, beaten, or whipped with a wet rag. I know you know what it feels like to be on the battle ground of day to day struggles. It just seems like a endless circle of never getting ahead, and staying there is like looking at a dim light at the end of a long tunnel. It leaves us with very little energy for what the rest of life has to offer for sure. Yet trying these tips could help you reach the light at the end of that tunnel.
1. Work on your attitude: The important thing to remember about stress is that in most cases it's not whats out there thats the problem, it's how you react to it.
2. Learn to relax: Easier said than done...Try this, starting from the top to the bottom think of each part of your body tense it up, then let it relax. Then just lay there and enjoy the release it provides.
3. Breathe: Take the time each day to do some deep breathing, then relax and let your mind run until it becomes still. Enjoy this for about 15 minutes.
4. Stay as healthy as possible: Drink filtered water. Plenty of juices, and eat well by staying away from fast foods, and packaged foods, eat more fresh foods than any of the others.
