Well first off with Cellulite it's no longer mirror mirror on the wall whose the fairest of them all if you're carrying around those less-than-pleasing puckers along your thighs, on your derriere, or on the insides of your upper arms. It's avoid that mirror that can not tell a lie.
Cellulite is actually no more than pockets of fat. It's appearance is due to strands of fibrous tissue anchored to the skin, pulling the skin inward and, in the process, plumping the fat cells outward. Some people may be more susceptible to cellulite than others, especially women, who are less muscular in the buttocks, hips, and thighs than men.
Theres not much that can be done about cellulite, but here are some suggestions that could help.
1. Take up muscle-toning exercises.
2. Massage those trouble spots.
3. Add sage, cypress or juniper oils to your bathwater and soak a good 20 minutes.
4. Peel off the pounds-sinse cellulite is fat, excess weight can contribute to it. Gradually lose weight by eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink fruit and vegetable juices, and filtered water you will lose weight and detoxify your body at the same time.
