...Women's Health...

With the results of two studies that have questioned the value of calcium pills, vitamin D, and low fat diets. Women are left wondering what to do now. I don't profess to have all the answers, but I do have an Aunt that is 77 yrs. old, and has been there. She has never had a broken bone, and is still very healthy. What is it that has kept her from falling among the average. Well asking her, was the answer for me, and now I'll share those answers with you.

1. Take Calcium, and vitamin D supplements daily.

2. Eat what you want, but in small portions. Like instead of three major meals a day, eat six small meals a day.

3. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible, so as not to over-load your body with chemicals and toxins from the steps taken to process these foods. All those premade packaged food is nothing but junk that offers you no nutritrients.

4. If you intend to smoke daily, and drink acoholic beverages in a reasonable amount (like she still does today even). She said to be sure and stay active, and cleanse your body of toxins about once a month. She does this by sweating, and drinking filtered water all day, for one day out of the month.

5. Don't use sweeteners, they give you memory loss, and poison your system. Use regular sugar, or honey.

6. Stop worrying about it all so much. The stress from this alone will weaken your bodies natural defenses.

7. Finally for about a year now, she said, she has been drinking Fruta Vida juice every morning. To get the benefits of the antioxdants and nutrition it provides as a compliment to her diet.

She said that when it comes to women's health doctors don't know beans about it. Women should just stick together and tell each other what works and what doesn't. So there you have it. I know what I'm going to be doing.

To Your Health and Wealth,
Mary
