Have you ever just had the blah's? You know not quit depressed, but could go there if something negative dared to happen. Well your not alone, people deal with this everyday at sometime in their life, and do you know what the first thing they do for it is? If you said go to their doctor, you are right. How scary is that? There is a perfectly natural way to counter- act the blah's without having to take any kind of drugs at all. So if you find yourself with the blah's try this instead.
1. When you wake up smile, and stretch every part of your body.
2. Take a shower and hum a little tune, and dress in some bright colors.
3. Change the way you think, especailly at work. Go to work smiling and peppy ready and willing to help anyone, even if it's not your job.
4. Doing these few things, not letting anything get you down will not only make for a happier day for you, but for others that you are around all day to.
5. Just getting excited about whatever it is your doing is catching. You will find others around you doing the same suddenly.
6. All this good energy that you started and fed to others will get so high that the blah's are totally forgotten, and become history.
Just try it. You'll be glad you did. Those who create good energy and feelings around them seem to have good things happen to them, just leading to more good energy and happiness.
