Have you ever thought about your teeth? They start out as pretty as a porcelain cup only to turn dirty and dingy looking after cola, tea, smoke, highly pigmented foods that slosh over them three or more times a day. After all this they tell a woeful story of stains.
Some tips:
1. Brush after every meal or everytime you eat. It makes for less of a chance to get stains on your teeth.
2. Rinse those buggers, and rinse, and rinse again after every meal or everytime you eat.
3. Use mouth wash that has a antibacterial action. This will reduce plaque.
4. Polish them with baking soda. Mix baking soda with enough hydrogen peroxide to make a toothpaste - like consistency. Then just brush those stains away. Try to keep this solution off your gums as much as possible, and be sure not to use to much peroxide, as it can cause some burning. Please keep away from children. I know they have toothpaste like this over the counter, but they are not strong enough to do what this will.
